By signing up for or using MoraBookAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MoraBookAI provides online booking, client management, appointment scheduling, photo storage, notes, insights and billing tools for UK beauty businesses.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must ensure you have consent from clients before storing their personal data or photos.
You agree not to use MoraBookAI for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to upload content that infringes third-party rights.
You own the client data you enter. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service.
MoraBookAI is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Either party may terminate the subscription. On termination, your access will cease and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
